Cruise fare is quoted in us dollars
The cruise fare includes meals, accommodations, and guidance,
insurance fee and shore excursion fee.
Cruise fare dose not include expenses for drinks in the
bar, laundry, hairdressing and barbering, postal and cable
service, clinic, massage and shopping etc.
It is formulated by country that children aged 2 to12
are to be charged only half of the cruise fares and baby
under 2 - year - old 10% of the fare .The above
special rate will have no bed offered. |

Accommodations
One twin-bedded cabin is regarded as a standard cabin.
90% of the cruise fare will be charred for single occupancy
made on the client's request some of the cruise liners
have special suites, each for 2 passengers. The price
for the suite is between 150 % and 200% of the standard
one. |

Reservations
Reservation can be made by means of cable of fax, etc.
The reservation is
considered to be valid only if a deposit of USD 60 per
person, reaches COTC band within 7 days after the reservation
is made. Otherwise the reservation will be automatically
cancelled.
In the sailing schedule, the arrival time of the cruise
liner is subject to change. Due to some natural causes
such ac flood, fog etc, the boat might be delayed occasionally.
So every group should have enough time for transfer in
case of missing the plane or train.

Full
Payment
Full Payment of the cruise (cruise fare must be
paid on time which is
confirmed by COTC if it special itinerary.) must
reach COTC bank 60 days in peak season, 30 days
in shoulder season prior to the departure date.
Failure to comply with requirement may result in
automatic cancellation or your reservation and deposit
forfeited then. |

Cancellation
No refund of deposit for any cancellation.
Half cruise fare is to be charged if the reservation cancelled
within 60 Days
before the departure date.
100% cruise fare is to be charged if the reservation cancelled
within 30 days before the departure date. |

The same title as the following is used both in Wuhan
and Chongqing.

National Guide
All the national guides will get equal treatment as the
passengers. A national
guide of any Foreign tour group of more than 10 passengers,
may enjoy 50% discount of the cruise rare (The national
guide must be Chinese citizen with the identification
of PRC and the certification issued by the National Tourisrn
Administration) |

Responsibility
Upon condition that the cruise liner cannot be put into
the normal operation because of mechanical problem or
any other cause out of the nature, COTC declares responsibility
for substitution of a cruise liner of the similar kind
to the valid reservation group.
If something which manpower cannot control happens, the
shore excursions will be changed or cancelled, the additional
expenses from it will be no doubt undertaken by COTC,
and a possible saving will be surely returned to the tourists.
